We joined Robin class for an afternoon making fruit kebabs. We were allowed to choose which fruits we wanted to use and got to take it home and eat it... yummy!
A few children from Woodpecker class had the opportunity to attend a gymnastics workshop where we practised balancing, jumping, rolling and got to use the trampoline. We had a great time.
We used our observation skills to sketch our own fruit bowl and then used chalk pastels to get the right colours.
We looked at where the best place to build a castle would be. Most of use decided on the cliff top were we could see the land and the sea clearly to help to protect us against enemies.
We looked at the art of Guiseppe Arcimboldo and identified what we liked about the paintings and what we didn't. We then had a go at making our own portraits.
